1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by VAULT IST DMCC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of the platform.

VAULT IST DMCC is a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates and licensed as a Software House under DMCC registration number DMCC198149. Our registered office is located at AG-13-H-F168, AG Tower, Plot No: JLT-PH1-I1A, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, UAE.
3. Services
The Company provides fintech infrastructure, including but not limited to mobile application frameworks, payment processing integrations, on/off-ramp solutions, and compliance tooling. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time with reasonable notice.
4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for or using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VAULT IST DMCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to the Company in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts or the courts of Dubai, at the Company's election.
